I'm  Steven T. Little, founder of Range Performance.
I walked away from the high-intensity fitness scene in NYC—not to disappear, but to realign and go deeper.

In a world often consumed by ego, image, and surface-level success, I sought something more honest. Range Performance is about movement with meaning—building strength that serves you in life, not just in the mirror.

​

Now in my 50's, I've learned that true strength isn't just physical-it's mental, emotional and spiritual. As a fitness and nutrition specialist, I help people reconnect with their bodies, simplify the noise, and create habits that lead to lasting change. This journey isn't about chasing perfection—it's about showing up with heart, growing daily, and living with intention.

True growth comes from living with purpose, a lesson I've learned through both fitness and faith. Aligning mind, body, and spirit fosters lasting growth. My faith keeps me grounded and drives my mission: to help others build strength, move with intention, and live beyond ego.
